Pada 17 April lalu suami kepada pelakon, Serina Redzuawan telah memfailkan permohonan ex parte (sebelah pihak). Peguam Syarie, Datuk Zainul Rijjal Abu Bakar yang mewakili Gavin atau nama Islamnya Salahudin Ghaffar, 41, dalam prosiding di Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah berhujah, banyak pelanggaran yang telah dilakukan oleh pelakon wanita itu.
Pelakon dan juga anak kepasa Chef Wan, Serina bakal berdepan hukuman penjara berikutan bekas suaminya, Gavin Edward O’Luanaigh telah memfailkan notis tunjuk sebab mengenai pelanggaran perintah persetujuan bersama. Gavin atau nama Islam, Salahudin Ghaffar memfailkan permohonan sebelah pihak pada 17 April lalu.

Serina telah melanggar perintah persetujuan apabila membenarkan anak mereka, Tristan Tareef O’luanaigh, 7 tahun dan Isabella Safiyya O’luanaigh, 6 tahun bermalam sebilik dengan Chef Wan di kediaman bekas bapa mertuanya itu pada 3 Disember lalu.
Dalam perenggan yang dipersetujui itu juga menyatakan anak-anak tersebut harus tidur bilik berasingan daripada Chef Wan atau nama sebenarnya Datuk Redzuawan Ismail.
Menurutnya, Serina didakwa telah melanggar perenggan lapan perintah persetujuan bersama yang menghalang daripada memburukkan pemohon, bekas suami (Gavin) serta anak-anak.
David Copperfield REFUSES to accept responsibility for serious injury
David Copperfield yesterday took the stand to defend himself against a lawsuit from a British tourist who claims to have been seriously injured while taking part in an illusion during a performance on the Las Vegas Strip in 2013.
The legendary magician is facing a negligence lawsuit from Gavin Cox that has exposed the secrets of one of his most famous tricks performed in his Las Vegas show.
Copperfield, 61, refused to accept responsibility for injuries to Mr Cox, 58, who claims to have fallen and injured himself while he was ushered into a secret passage off stage and through the bowels of the MGM Grand casino.
While not going into great detail, the court has heard elements of how the trick, 'Lucky #13', is performed.
Copperfield throws 13 inflatable balls in to the audience with those who catch them, as Mr Cox did, randomly chosen as participants for the illusion, dubbed 'the runaround'.
They are then asked to sit on chairs on a raised platform on stage which is then covered with a curtain. Copperfield talks to the audience for a few minutes before the curtain is lifted to reveal they have 'vanished'.
